Marc Jacobs fragrances have the most beautiful and eye catching bottles and Dot was no exception. The lid is half the beauty - it has red and black butterfly wings going on. It smells really fruity which is pretty different from the Daisy perfume
which has more of a floral scent. Dot has the top notes of red berries,
dragon fruit and honeysuckle, mid notes of jasmine, coconut water and
orange water and base notes of driftwood, vanilla and musk {described
from sephora}.
The scent itself is much less of an instant hit. with fruity top notes of dragon fruit and red berries, but as it dries
down it becomes a lot more floral than expected, with Jasmine and
Orange Blossom becoming dominant. As with Marc Jacobs' other scents, after a while it becomes a little sickly. It's an Eau de Parfum so the staying power is good. It lasts a good 4 hours.
The smell is amazing. Its got a couple of floral notes but its very fresh and is great for anytime. the smell is not to overpowering but will last for a long time. It's good for school and you can smell the hints of vanilla and blossom in the perfume.
You can buy this perfume in just about any perfume store as it's pretty popular. On the website the perfume size is £38.50 which is a bit pricey but it's a lovely perfume and it lasts a very long time. You can also get it in bigger sizes but it's about 10 pound more.
